Abstract

|
A patient presented with a benign fibroma, ascites, and pleural effusion. The serum CA125 level was noted to be 1,097 U/ml. Postoperatively, the hydrothorax disappeared.
This is the first reported case of Meigs' syndrome and an elevated CA125 level in Korea.
